Before you apply the INLAQ dehydrator, remember to matte the nail plate with a file or polishing block. Cuticles should also be prepared (preferably with a milling machine) and nails should be cleaned of all epithelium. Thoroughly clean the surface of the nail from the resulting dust. Apply the preparation in a small amount with a slightly drained brush on the nails and wait until the preparation dries.
